Humboldt Bay Supper Club is an event series of catered dinner weekends created by guest chefs, caterers, and event planners.
Located in different locations throughout Humboldt Bay Social Club's properties, each supper has a distinct style and flavor. You will dine on a locally inspired, five course menu crafted to match the season, while enjoying beer and wine tastes paired with each course.
Time moves slowly at the Humboldt Bay Supper Club. As evening turns to night, dinner turns to desert and to cocktails around the fire. A limited number of Supper Club tickets include a 2-night stay at the Humboldt Bay Social Club and brunch the following morning, also prepared by the Supper's chef.
We would love to share our table with you!
Chef Leigha Olson
Born and raised I️n Massachusetts, Leigha's first line cook job was at a Cambodian and Vietnamese restaurant, where she fell in love with Asian cuisine.
She moved to Los Angeles at 22 and got her first real cooking job at the Village Idiot on Melrose Ave. From a fry cook to sous chef Leigha learned whole animal butchery and all things meat. LA is where her love for cultural diversity and food comes from.
After traveling in South East Asia and Australia, Leigha became the specialty butcher at Belcampo Meat Co.’s downtown location where she made sausages and cured meats. Leigha has a deep appreciation for butchery and sustainable and humane meat harvesting.
Leigha has lived I️n Arcata for the last 2 years working as the Chef at Cafe Brio. Her love for locally sourced and sustainable produce has grown exponentially.
Her passion and drive comes from my late Grandfather “Grampy”. He was an avid cook and kept Leigha at his hip in the kitchen. When she's at work and throws a towel over her right shoulder, you know she's having a good time and making her Grampy proud.
